Mike Neller has served as AON’s global controller and chief accounting officer (CAO) since February 2018, leading approximately 1,400 finance colleagues. He joined Aon in August 2011 as the head of technical accounting and policy and was appointed deputy controller three months later. Previously, Mike worked at KPMG’s national office in New York, assisting engagement teams and clients with solving complex accounting problems and co-authoring various accounting policies and publications. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Trinity University, and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
