Three years ago, Birama Traore joined ENGIE IT as the head of Enterprise Service Management, managing Salesforce and ServiceNow centers of excellence. His mission is to help ENGIE GBS and business units achieve operational excellence and exponential growth. Previously, Birama worked in information technology (IT) service excellence for 15 years. He held different consultancy and management roles within the value chain, ranging from transformation lead to strategy consulting. In these positions, he managed highly skilled teams of up to 80 people across five different geographies, executing IT operations, process and transformation projects.
