How can I access the virtual conferencing platform?

An email with the login details, including instructions of how to navigate the platform, will be sent to you prior to the conference. We encourage you to review the navigation guide to become familiarized with the platform prior to the conference.

 

How can I connect with other attendees?

Our virtual conferencing platform has networking features that will allow you to connect with like-minded attendees. Instructions will be shared prior to the conference to guide you through setting up your profile and connecting with delegates. It is voluntary to join.

 

What are the technical requirements to attend the virtual conference?

You can attend the event online via laptop, desktop computer or smart device (e.g., iPad).

For best viewing experience, please use the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. For smart devices, please use Safari on iOS/iPadOS and Google Chrome on Android.

If you are using a work network or any network behind a firewall, please speak with your IT department or network administrator to whitelist hopin.to and hopin.com domains and open the ports prior to the conference. For more information on network connectivity settings, please click here.

The recommended internet speed is minimum 10Mbps for upload and download (best is 500Mbps+) or 4G mobile data and above. If you have wired internet, we encourage you to plug it into your device to guarantee streaming speed. You can check your internet speeds at speedtest.net.

 

What does the conference registration ticket include?

  • The conference registration ticket includes admission to all sessions and networking events as well as any conference materials.
  • The conference registration ticket is waived for members of The Hackett Group’s Advisory program – subject to the contract agreement. For clarification on the number of complimentary tickets available to your organization, please contact your account manager.
